This reflects how ANTON actually works today, but has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked before relying on it for a real subscription agreement.

1. Provider and acceptance

ANTON ("the Service") is provided by Agile Networks Technologies GmbH, Kennedyallee 113, 60596 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ANTON is a multi-tenant sales productivity platform provided to your organization ("Customer") on a subscription basis. Your organization's administrators control who on your team may access the Service and what data they may enter into it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data belonging to another tenant, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to violate applicable law.

5. Customer data

Data you submit to the Service remains yours. We process it only as needed to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Where your organization enables an AI-assisted feature (e.g. outreach draft generation), the specific content needed to produce that result is sent to the AI provider your organization selected.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; your organization's administrator controls account deactivation.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent legally permissible, the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
