This reflects how ANTON actually handles data subject rights today, but has not been reviewed by a lawyer — have it checked before relying on it for compliance purposes.
For data your organization enters into ANTON about its own leads and contacts, your organization acts as the data controller and Agile Networks Technologies GmbH (the provider of ANTON) acts as a data processor on its behalf. For your own account data (name, email, login history), Agile Networks Technologies GmbH acts as the data controller.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16), request erasure (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it.
Contact your workspace administrator, or [email protected] directly, to request erasure of your personal data. Erasure anonymizes your account and associated records (e.g. lead contact names) while preserving non-personal business data your organization still needs — see our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to an AI provider your organization has configured), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As our registered office is in Hesse, Germany, the competent authority is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit — though you may also contact the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
